When you try FLOW or RESET, you're trusting us with something personal. How you think, how you sleep, how you show up each day. We don't take that lightly.

We formulate carefully, dose to clinical research, and source ingredients from suppliers we've personally vetted. 

But here's the honest truth. Biology is personal. What works beautifully for one person might need a small adjustment for another. Different timing, different dose, sometimes a different product altogether.

So here's our promise.

If FLOW or RESET isn't working for you within 33 days of purchase, we'll make it right. No fine print, no hoops.

Reach out and let's chat first. Often a small tweak makes the difference (FLOW with breakfast, RESET 90 minutes before bed, splitting the dose). If we can't find something that works for you, you get your money back. That's it.



How it works

If you ordered a single bottle:

Email us at support@onflowlab.com with your order number and tell us what you've been experiencing.

Keep the bottle. Finish it if you'd like. We'll refund what you paid, minus the $6.90 that went to our delivery partner for getting the bottle to your door.

If you ordered multiple bottles or a bundle:

Same email, same warmth. Here's what happens next.

  • The bottle you opened? Yours to keep. We'll refund it without asking you to send anything back.
  • For any unopened bottles, we'll ask you to send them home so they can find someone they're a better fit for. You can ship them yourself, or we'll arrange for our delivery partner to pick them up ($15.90, deducted from your refund).
  • Free gifts should travel back with the unopened bottles. If they can't, we'll just deduct their retail value. No drama.

Refunds land back in your account within 2 to 3 business days of approval (single bottle) or once your return reaches us (multi-bottle).



If you're on subscription

Our 33-Day Promise covers your very first delivery. We want you to try us with zero risk.

When you request a refund, we'll cancel any upcoming shipments automatically. No more charges.

And honestly, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime, for any reason, even without a refund. Just email support@onflowlab.com and we'll handle it.



A few small notes

  • This promise is for first-time OnFlowLab customers
  • Orders need to be placed directly through onflowlab.com (we can't process refunds for purchases made through other retailers)
  • One refund per customer per household. Fair to you, fair to us.
  • The 33 days are counted from your purchase date
