We'll suggest small adjustments that often help. If nothing clicks, we move straight to your refund.

The promise is for first-time onflowLab customers, and applies to your first order only.
Orders must be placed directly at onflowlab.com. We can't process refunds for purchases made through other retailers.
One refund per customer, per household. Fair to you, fair to us.
Your 33 days are counted from your purchase date.
Common questions
No. The bottle you opened is always yours to keep, whether you ordered a single bottle or a bundle.
For a single bottle, your refund lands within 2 to 3 business days of approval. For multiple bottles or a bundle, it's processed once your unopened bottles reach us.
For a single bottle, only the $6.90 that went to our delivery partner. For multi-bottle orders, $6.90 if you ship your unopened bottles back yourself, or $15.90 if you'd like us to arrange a pickup, plus the retail value of any free gifts that can't be returned.
The promise applies to orders placed directly at onflowlab.com. We're unable to process refunds for purchases made through other retailers.
