your order number.

For single-bottle orders: We'll process your refund immediately. 
No need to return the product.

For multi-bottle orders: Return any unopened bottles to receive a 
refund for those items. Keep the bottle you opened—we expect you 
to try it. Return shipping is at your expense.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of approval or 
receipt of returned items.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (For Multi-Bottle Orders)

If your order included multiple bottles:

1. Email support@onflowlab.com for return authorization
2. Pack unopened bottles securely
3. Ship to the address provided in our return authorization email
4. Email us the tracking number

We'll refund the cost of unopened bottles returned within 2-3 
business days of receipt. Return shipping is at your expense.
